Job Title: Douglass Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Douglass Branch Library.
• Manage and supervise Branch staff, including hiring and training.
• Plan and implement library programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with library policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage the Branch budget.
• Engage with the community to promote library resources.
• Evaluate and report on Branch performance and activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Library Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of library management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of library systems and technology.
