Dynamic SLR, a professional solar management firm, seeks a passionate and driven sales associate to join our successful and growing Field Sales team. Dynamic Door to Door Sales Representatives go door to door & speak to homeowners about the opportunity to save money and reduce their electricity bills. This is an entry-level position. What We're Looking For:
- Passionate Selling: Individuals who are eager to develop within an exciting and successful company with a burning desire to achieve and a passion for competition
- Relationship Building: Desire to develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling - educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient and energy cost savings opportunities
- Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-field interactions & experiences
- Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
Sales Representative Requirements:
- No sales experience is necessary! Eagerness to learn and succeed is equally valuable
- Shift is 12pm-8pm
Sales Representative Compensation:
- Average full-time $60,000 - $100,000 yearly, with an upside of $140,000+
- $300 weekly + aggressive commission, plus weekly incentives
