JOB SUMMARY
Manages the Eccles Theater Fulfillment Program for the Naming Rights Sponsors, Corporate Sponsors, and Individual Member programs. Develops and maintains strong relationships with Sponsors and Members, presenting partners and ArtTix.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, Business, or closely related field plus two (2) years of experience; OR a combination of related experience and education.
Preferred experience in special events, development and donor relations in a theater or large arts organization.
Supervisory experience in customer service or front of house role is preferred.
Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the
continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages and coordinates Donor and Sponsor Concierge Program and delivery of benefits to Legacy Donors, Corporate, Series and Box Seat Sponsors.
- Works as main liaison and primary point of contact for all donors and sponsors; actively works to establish new and/or maintain existing relationships with members, donors, other community organizations, and various government programs.
- Assists General Manager with plans and operates Individual and Corporate Membership program fulfillment in coordination with presenting partners/co-promoters.
- Researches, coordinates resolution of program issues; appropriately seeks approval for resolutions and/or initiatives.
- Maintains and tracks all records including Naming Rights Sponsorships, Corporate Sponsors, Individual Members and Corporate Members agreements and benefits, invoices and payments.
- Creates, generates, and distributes reports related to individual sponsors and/or member services.
- Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises Concierge Program Coordinator(s)
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with various groups and individuals as appropriate.
- Recommends delivery of benefits policies and procedures that affect Naming Rights Sponsorships, Corporate Sponsors, Individual Members and Corporate Members campaigns.
- Assists leadership team as requested in ongoing strategic planning, preparation of sponsorship reports, Naming Rights Sponsorships recognition, thank you letters, timelines, and reports.
- Prepares financial, statistical, or other reports and provides general administrative support.
- May perform other duties or lead projects as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work duties are typically performed in a general office setting.
Travels to locations throughout the County.
May be required to occasionally lift heavy items – up to 50 lbs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS POSITION
Evening, weekends and holiday as appropriate.
At times, this position includes irregular hours to successfully manage clientele.
Individual in this role must be comfortable working independently.
