Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing (DON).

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operation of the nursing department
• Assist in creating and executing policies and procedures
• Ensures proper nursing documentation and conducts regular chart audits
• Participates in discharge planning, development and implementation of care plans, and resident assessments

Qualifications and Skills

• RN License
• Experience in a supervisory capacity
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care facility experience required
• Highly organized and driven
• Problem solving focused
