Job Description:
As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the standard of care provided to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our nursing team to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- Overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists, to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
- Monitoring and evaluating resident health status, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Managing budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize the nursing department's performance.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and quality improvement processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
