Kathy Santo has been training dogs for over 30 years! Hundreds of puppies and dogs come through our classes, Student-Only PlayCare, FastTrack, Boarding, and Grooming programs every week! We are a reward-based, balanced training facility looking to add the right person to our current team. Someone who is a self-starter, optimistic, upbeat, and, of course, passionate about dogs!

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team, who has experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, who understands balanced training. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and able to implement what we teach you, into your job duties daily. This is a very physical job in a fast paced- customer oriented, and intense environment, which requires walking and being on your feet almost your entire shift. 

Working with dogs isn’t always rainbows and puppies! It’s hard work, dedication, constantly learning and evolving as well as the dirty work like: cleaning up accidents, cleaning crates daily, deep cleaning kennels and the play turf, taking out heavy (and smelly!) garbage bags. 

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a strong work ethic and can work calmly and efficiently on a team and individually in stressful environments.
• Is always looking for ways to improve their skills and knowledge. 
• Is reliable, honest, and patient. We hire people who are equally compassionate towards humans as they are towards canines! We LOVE our students, and they become a part of our dog training family the moment they walk through our facility doors.
• Is excited to work with all breeds, all ages, and all issues.
• Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Is a TEAM PLAYER. The Training team, PlayCare team, Front Desk and Grooming team all work together to make sure each dog in our care has the best day ever!
• Is in good physical condition and able to be on their feet for the majority of an 8 hour shift.
• Has reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Has the flexibility to work weekends and evenings. We are open 76days a week, there are SO many opportunities for you to learn and grow.
