Docusign CLM Specialist at Inceed

Compensation: $80.00-$93.00/hour

Location: Remote, TX

Position: Docusign CLM Technical Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a global leader in the civil and industrial engineering industry to help find a skilled Docusign CLM Technical Specialist to join their team in a fully remote capacity!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Docusign CLM to dive into complex workflows, resolve issues, and enhance existing processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in addressing a backlog of enhancements, troubleshooting workflow inconsistencies, and providing mentorship to team members who are still developing their expertise. If you’re someone who enjoys identifying root causes, reverse-engineering outages, and creating solutions that drive efficiency, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and troubleshoot existing Docusign CLM workflows to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
• Reverse-engineer outages and system issues, determining root causes and implementing remediations.
• Drive backlog resolution by prioritizing and enhancing existing workflows that have been delayed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve skillsets and share best practices around DocuSign CLM.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience with Docusign CLM, specifically in workflow development and optimization.
• 6+ years of professional hands-on experience
• Ability to reverse-engineer complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience addressing workflow backlogs or stalled projects.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members in technical applications.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
