Documentation Specialist - Curative HR LLC

The Documentation Specialist will manage the many documents, spreadsheets and records that are
specific to onboarding, maintaining, and renewing Curative client groups and brokers. This position is
responsible for accurate documentation and reporting of all documentation for the account
management and implementation department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating, dropping, and tracking new group documents.
• Customizing SBC’s and Benefit Books.
• Eligibility Maintenance File Spreadsheet completion and submission (VBA & Health Edge)
• SSR reporting, Looker, and Eligibility Folders.
• Follow up on PHI and returned mail spreadsheets.
• Create spreadsheets for special projects.
• Track and communicate new group prior authorizations.
• Update and maintain numerous spreadsheets, forms, and folders in Google Drive.
• Contacting broker and employer with eligibility file changes that are called in to member
  services.
• Baseline visit and plan performance report creation
• Sending group specific materials to Brokers.
• Adding multi locations and classes into Salesforce, for example TX Childcare, Bert Ogden All Pro
  etc.
• Adding contacts to the employer portal.
• Updating sync slides.
• Creating renewal proposals and renewal packages.
• Manual change reports of groups to for VBA billing.
• Formatting the training and procedural manuals.

Required Experience/Skills

• Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills,
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe
• Experience with CRM software preferably Salesforce,
• Ability to communicate effectively and interpret a variety of instructions in a fast-paced
  environment.
• Bachelor’s and associate degree plus 3 years administrative expertise or any combination
  education and experience that has been achieved and is equivalent to the stated education and
  required knowledge.
