Document Specialist - Ventura Solutions LLC

Our client has an immediate opening for a Document Specialist at their manufacturing facility in Neptune, NJ.

This role will be responsible for writing, revising, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) essential to the client's operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our procedures comply with industry standards and regulations, and are communicated effectively to the staff.

Responsibilities

• Write, revise, and maintain SOPs for various processes within the client's organization.
• Ensure all technical documentation is clear, concise, and comprehensible.
• Regularly review and update existing SOPs to ensure they reflect current practices and comply with regulatory changes.
• Work with the compliance team to ensure all documentation meets industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in document writing, preferably in the medical device industry or a related field.
• Proven experience in writing and revising SOPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with terminologies and compliance regulations.
• Experience in a regulated environment, such as FDA or ISO standards
