Responsibilities:
- Process and organize documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Collect data from various sources and enter it into systems or databases
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Transcribe information from handwritten or audio recordings
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computerized systems and databases
- Ability to type quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
