Schedule / Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Type: Temp with possible extension

In this role, you will be responsible for converting hard copy documents into digital copies and organizing them in a directed electronic file housing system. Responsibilities
- Help with document digitization - uploading historical documents, maybe some CofA's
- Developing a registry
- Inputting meta information tags into the system
- Scan hard copy documents using scanning equipment and software
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned documents, making any necessary adjustments
- Organize digital copies of documents in a directed electronic file system
- Label and categorize digital files according to specific guidelines
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents - Assist with data entry tasks, including inputting relevant information from scanned documents into spreadsheets or databases
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate document management practices
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding document handling and confidentiality
- Minimum HS Diploma; will consider recent college graduates
- Must be age of 18 years or older
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with scanning equipment and software
- Basic knowledge of file organization and management
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Effective communication skills
