Document/Data Entry Coordinator - The Fountain Group

My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Document/Data Entry Coordinator for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­ Phoenix, AZ . Details for the position are as follows: 

Temp (3 months) to Permanent opportunity. Pay rate is $20/hr. Fully Onsite
 
Job Description: 

• Prepare, assemble, and package prospective, new, or renewing member materials for mailing or distribution to BCBSAZ customers.
• Process all data / orders accurately and completely within departmental quality guidelines and production standards.
• Use PC string numbers / material codes to properly identify documents to be packaged.
• Monitor and maintain established inventory levels.
• Maintain working knowledge of required inventory products for uninterrupted production.
• Sort, weigh and meter outgoing mail and parcels.
• Collect and distribute department and corporate mail and parcels.
• Prepare outgoing mail for collection by pre-sort vendors and/or courier service.
• Operate UPS outbound software.
• Operate Mail Collating equipment and Mail Metering equipment.

• Mailroom/Clerical/Sorting/Filing background.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc).
• Healthcare industry experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, ability to lift at least 30lbs.
