My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Document/Data Entry Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Phoenix, AZ . Details for the position are as follows:
Temp (3 months) to Permanent opportunity. Pay rate is $20/hr. Fully Onsite
Job Description:
- Prepare, assemble, and package prospective, new, or renewing member materials for mailing or distribution to BCBSAZ customers.
- Process all data / orders accurately and completely within departmental quality guidelines and production standards.
- Use PC string numbers / material codes to properly identify documents to be packaged.
- Monitor and maintain established inventory levels.
- Maintain working knowledge of required inventory products for uninterrupted production.
- Sort, weigh and meter outgoing mail and parcels.
- Collect and distribute department and corporate mail and parcels.
- Prepare outgoing mail for collection by pre-sort vendors and/or courier service.
- Operate UPS outbound software.
- Operate Mail Collating equipment and Mail Metering equipment.
Qualifications:
- Mailroom/Clerical/Sorting/Filing background.
- Strong MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc).
- Healthcare industry experience is a huge plus.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, ability to lift at least 30lbs.
