Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of previous experience in Document Control
- Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes
- Consistently deliver quality Document Control services based on subject matter expertise and experience with best practices
- Monitor personal performance against the team's established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement
- Work closely and maintain effective communication flow with other team members and management
- Demonstrate an understanding of construction and project lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables
- Working with cross-discipline engineering documents (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes within a project team
- Ability to recognize various deliverables and drawing types and route according to the requirements
