SUMMARY

The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for creation and maintenance of various controlled documents including but not limited to Batch Production Records, Raw Material Specifications, Finished Goods Specifications, Packaging Specifications, Bills of Material, SOP’s, and Standard Work Instructions. They will be a professional individual who is highly motivated and able to utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation & Maintenance of Controlled Documents

• Response to Customer requests for Documentation

• Interdepartmental communication to ensure accuracy and approval 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

• Project Management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to get out of the “comfort zone”.

• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with different personalities, cultures, and experience levels.

• Experience in the nutraceutical contract manufacturing industry preferred.

• JDE or similar ERP system experience preferred.
