Responsibilities:
- Study and learn our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Coordinate and log project information with contractors during projects.
- Ensure technical documentation standards are maintained on all project deliverables.
- Ensure all technical documentation is returned at the end of a project.
- Monitor overall technical documentation system health via monthly reports. Identify problem areas and work with team members to correct outages.
- Participate in weekly meetings with management and provide status updates.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills to both peers and management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Especially, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Excel.
- Knowledge and experience with engineering related types of drawings and documentation.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in Siemens Teamcenter a plus but not required.
