Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a highly qualified **Document Control Manager** to oversee critical documentation processes within our organization. The Document Control Manager will be responsible for the following crucial tasks: + Oversee and direct all aspects of records management and document control activities for the office or department, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. + Develop and implement comprehensive company policies and procedures for document control, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and security. + Strategically assign and meticulously review office activities, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain operational excellence. + Coordinate and optimize administrative workload distribution to maximize productivity and ensure timely completion of all documentation tasks. + Manage project personnel administration activities with precision, ensuring all staffing needs are met and team members are effectively utilized. + Serve as the primary liaison for administrative functions, maintaining professional relationships with clients, vendors, and the public to uphold the company's reputation. + Utilize extensive experience and sound judgment to strategically plan and achieve organizational goals related to document control and records management. + Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in document management practices. **Qualifications** **Minimum requirements:** + Bachelors degree plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Requirements:** + Experience with document management on programs. + Experience with management of program and project roles, user management. **Additional Information** + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. + Relocation is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
