DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT - Spherion

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance Document Control Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of quality-related documents and processes.

Responsibilities:
Manage and organize quality assurance documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation by conducting thorough reviews and audits
Implement and maintain document control procedures to facilitate efficient retrieval and tracking of documents
Collaborate with internal teams to support quality assurance initiatives and audits
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, with a focus on IQMS or SAP platforms

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proficiency in utilizing document control software, with a preference for experience in IQMS or SAP systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Some college and/or pursuing a degree in related fields(business, quality assurance, law) or extensive document control experience in (medical record retention, paralegal, and etc.)

Qualifications:
Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry
Prior experience in document control or quality assurance roles, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills
