Dock and Door Service Technician

Post external:   Mechanic – Dock & Door Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment. 
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
• Welding.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.  Technical school graduate preferred. 
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Welding experience. 
• Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
