Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Job Summary: The Division Manager duties includes the recruiting, hiring, and supervises all Transfer Station operators, independent contractors, laborers, and other assigned personnel.
What You’ll Do:
Ability to schedule, assign, and oversee Transfer Station operators, independent contractors, laborers, and other assigned personnel.
Maintains good contact with General Manager and provides feedback on operations.
Supervises and ensures that all the required reports and paperwork are completely and correctly filed out and submitted.
Checks cleanliness of Transfer Station areas.
Supervises and inspects daily operations of the Transfer Station including heavy equipment, transfer trailers, to ensure that operations at the Transfer Station are performed as smoothly and safe as is possible.
Identifies, schedules, and supervises the maintenance activities at the Transfer Station.
Investigates and documents accidents and property damage.
Conducts and documents safety instructional meetings with personnel.
Responds to after-hours calls and fills in for other employees as assigned.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:
- Knowledge of mechanical operation, routine maintenance, and minor repairs of diesel equipment such as the removal/replacement of hydraulic hoses & cylinders
- Ability to effectively communicate with representatives within all levels of the Company.
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Should be able to lift 75lbs
- Maintain effective audio and visual perception necessary for performing job duties
