- Collaborate with leadership and HR COEs to design and execute strategies that enhance performance and align with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and consultation on hiring, performance management, employee relations, training, development, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, mitigating HR-related risks.
- Promote a positive culture focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Lead performance management, talent planning, and goal alignment across the division.
- Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support employee retention and experience.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field required, with a Master's degree and HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
- Over 7 years of HR leadership, ideally within large, complex manufacturing or logistics organizations, managing multi-location operations.
- advanced knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and managing HR across multiple locations in large, high-growth organizations.
- Expertise in HR practices, employment law, and the ability to lead and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills, with a focus on HR metrics, data analysis, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain professionalism in a high-growth environment.
