Position Overview:
The Division Director, Pharmaceutical Staffing is responsible for providing overall leadership and vision to a team of sales recruiters for our Pharmaceutical Division. The Division Director, Pharmaceutical Staffing will be responsible for developing and implementing employee growth plans, setting, and managing staff performance, motivating team members to operate at their full potential, providing day to day training/guidance on how to strategically develop target client lists, grow existing partnerships, and placing talent in open roles. The Division Director, Pharmaceutical Staffing is also responsible for running a full desk and “leading by example”. The ideal Division Director, Pharmaceutical Staffing candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership abilities and desire to build the business.
Responsibilities of the Division Director, Pharmaceutical Staffing:
- New Business and Client Development
- Growth Strategies & Planning
- Strategic Market Penetration
- Work with Marketing to create division specific marketing campaigns
- Strategic Alliances
- Contract negotiation
- Supplier/Vendor relationship optimization & management
- Customer service, delivery, & logistics
- Quality Assurance/Control
- Short & long-term Business Plan creation
- Team Hiring and Building
- Sales, recruiting, & account management; training, coaching, mentoring, & counseling
- Staff analysis & development
- Performance monitoring, management, & restructuring
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Lead daily meetings on open requisitions
- Conduct performance evaluations on a routine basis (monthly/quarterly and/or annually)
- Operational analysis, correction, & performance-tuning
- Internal Workflow Process creation & design
- Other Projects and tasks as directed by your manager
Qualifications for the Division Director, Pharmaceutical Staffing:
- 3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience
- 1+ years of previous experience as an Account Manager
- Previous experience leading teams
- Successful track record of sales and recruiting efforts for clinical positions
- Ability to have a “big picture” mindset and strategy
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
