Division 8/10 Foreman - Boydton, VA - Precision Walls

We are seeking experienced Division 8/10 Foreman in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

Significant Responsibilities:

• Understands how to install doors, hardware, bathroom accessories, and corner guards
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections .
• Ability to work independently on jobsites
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
• Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/ Experience:

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence
• Compliant with safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction
• Dependable Transportation
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
