Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage ground-up construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organization, and technical expertise to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily on-site activities for commercial construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality output.
• Oversee safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Maintain open communication with clients, architects, and project managers to address challenges and deliver solutions.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and documentation.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong portfolio of healthcare, restaurant, and retail projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage diverse teams and maintain positive client relationships.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare facility construction, including compliance with specialized standards.
• Familiarity with restaurant and retail design-build processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required).
