Responsibilities & Qualifications:Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a District Service Manager to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct, and develop a team of Customer Advocates, deliver world class customer service, and identify and develop growth opportunities within the assigned routes.
- Professionally respect and embrace our company’s Goals and Values
- Hire, train, develop and coach service personnel
- Responsible for training and certification of all compliance areas
- Daily coaching, training and monitoring of route performance through check in process
- Manage daily account functions: (audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation etc.)
- Accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices
- Ensure service personnel compliance to company service and quality standards
- Manage all daily productivity and performance expectations
- Support route, sales and administrative personnel
- Manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream
- Execute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route business
- Ensure completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits
- Support and assist sales culture throughout the organization
- Promote safety, security and self development
- Support an empowered, self directed team concept
- Adherence to all policies, guidelines and outside agency compliances
