Position Summary:
As the District Operational Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and compliant execution of daily operations. This role is demanding and involves managing the scheduling, administration, and overall workflow of our security personnel, and coordinating with clients and law enforcement as needed. If you have a strong background in security management, a commitment to client satisfaction, and a drive to lead, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.
• Manage scheduling and administration to optimize personnel allocation.
• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a cohesive and disciplined work environment.
• Maintain high standards of compliance with security protocols, policies, and regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, staff, and law enforcement, handling communications effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate security performance and provide strategic guidance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in security management or a similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with security technology and relevant software systems.
• Must have an Active Class D and G Security License
