- Lead and develop a team of store leaders to drive long-term market strategy and achieve profit and sales goals
- Stay connected to industry trends and adjust district strategies by prioritizing relationships with associates, customers, and insurance agents
- Monitor performance against sales and operations plans, making adjustments as necessary
- Stay ahead of the competition by recommending improvements and developing new business relationships
- Manage the district's financials, including revenue goals, expenses, and profits
- Inspire and motivate the mobile workforce by creating an engaging and positive culture
- Create a customer-centric environment in all stores by working with store leaders
- Collaborate with national leaders to implement best practices and drive change management in the field
- Complete the Talent Review Process to build a high-performing team
- Perform other assigned duties
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Valid driver’s license
- 6+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales; auto aftermarket experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and operations
- Ability to indirectly lead and develop associates to meet individual and organizational goals
- Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
