Job Title: Community Impact Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs that support individuals with criminal histories.
• Collaborate with local organizations to create job training and placement opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups for participants.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote awareness of second-chance employment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience working with marginalized communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
