About the Job
AtOneMain, District Managers leadteamscommitted to sales andcustomer service. The District Managerinspires theteam to obtainshort- and long-termgrowth and profitobjectivesof assigned branches through the development of new business and marketplace presence.
IN THE ROLE
Direct activities in the branches, supervising and ensuring that proper steps are taken toretaincustomers, manage branchportfoliosand correct any sales,operationsor profit deficiencies
Ensures consumer loaninvestmentsare made consistent with company policies and sound investment practices
Responsible for personnel management to include manager and staff training, performance, and developing goals for each manager and branch
Builds business partnerships to addadditionalvalue that is beneficial to the district, its teammembersand customers
Optimizesprofitabilityand controls operating expenses of the district, supervisingapproximately 8-10branch offices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business related field orequivalent related work experience
Ability toattract anddevelopdiverse talent
3+yearsrelevantmanagement experience
Strong analytical abilityand ableto effectively communicate with all levels ofemployees,managementand customers
Demonstrated success in achieving goals working in fast pacedenvironment
Successful completion of all required trainings
Ability to travel andacceptable motor vehicle records history
