Position Overview
The District Manager (DM) oversees a designated market within a specific region of the country, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, performance, and meeting the operational standards set by AHFP.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, employee management, payroll & labor tracking, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The DM also fosters relationships with brewers, wholesalers, and retail clients to maintain strong business partnerships.
This position will have numerous subordinates and the total may vary as determined by the Regional Director of Operations, Director of Service & Line Cleaning Operations (DSLC), Partners or Ownership. The number of subordinates can also fluctuate on a temporary or permanent basis due to new market rollouts or evolving operational needs. The total number of direct reports will ultimately be determined by the Regional Director of Operations, the Director of Service & Line Cleaning Operations (DSLC), Partners, or Ownership.
This position will report directly to the RDO but will have accountability to the DSLC, ownership, operational partners, and to other key executive personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the varying personnel as defined above on an ongoing basis.
- The District Manager will work closely with the OMs, Service Managers, and Regional Install Managers on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of the assigned market.
- Accountable for meeting the financial targets and performance goals of the assigned market.
- Review and approve timecards and PTO requests for all technicians, while monitoring labor in real time. The DM will be tasked with adjusting scheduling and overtime as needed to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Responsible for identifying hiring needs, coordinating with the recruiting department, interviewing and assessing candidates, making hiring recommendations for qualified applicants, and managing terminations/resignations.
Collaborative Responsibilities:
- The DM will provide leadership over all DQTs, DSTs, DITs, and OMs within the market and will be expected to provide guidance, management, and support to include evaluations, reviews, enhancements, or changes to job descriptions as needed.
- The DM will collaborate with Service Managers to coordinate the scheduling of technicians for service calls while balancing these needs with fulfilling preventative maintenance contracts. Although the DM works closely with the Service Managers, the Service Managers will report directly to the Director of Line Cleaning and Service.
- The DM will work in partnership with Regional Install Managers to coordinate the scheduling and execution of installation projects. This scheduling will take into account all considerations from the client and general contractor, as well as employee PTO, holidays, and other factors. Although the DM collaborates closely with Regional Install Managers, the Regional Install Managers will report directly to the Director of Line Cleaning and Service.

- Be knowledgeable of sales team activity.
- Work closely with the RDO, department heads, the DSLC, and other Executive staff to execute the vision, goals, budget, and overall business plan for sales.
- Work actively within the market to evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability. Effectively communicate key information to the sales team, as well as to corporate marketing and operations
- Oversee the establishment of our monthly events schedule, which will include details on routine cleanings, beer events and festivals, special occasions, billing cycles, and employee days off.
- Organize weekly operations meetings that will outline the upcoming week for all employees.
- Build an effective route for each Draft Quality Tech taking into consideration the amount of draft lines, the type of system, and the location that will allow for the maximum amount of lines cleaned per day.
- Follow the check-in/check-out procedure with all AHFP employees.
- Oversee the coordination of the weekend on-call schedule and ensure all weekend inquiries are managed appropriately
- Follow the Daily and Weekly audit schedule.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Installation Manager (RIM), to ensure all installations are managed and completed to the highest standards set by both AHFP and the client.
- Foster strong relationships with bar and restaurant owners, general managers, managers, and bartenders.
- Participate in regular employee ride-alongs.
- Review billing for each cycle (Bi-weekly or monthly).
Technology/Fleet/Inventory Management:
- Oversee all essential tools and technologies related to the AHFP App, Corrigo, and any current or future third-party software integrated with AHFP
- Manage the backend portal of the AHFP Draft Line Cleaning Smartphone App.
- Note and relay any glitches to the Tech Department for repair.
- Follow up on new accounts and incorporate them into existing routes
- Add correct information for new distributors such as brands and account information.
- Maintain inventory levels of the necessary equipment and parts for each Technician.
- Place orders at the beginning of each month in collaboration with the Inventory Manager.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing operational requirements of AHFP vehicles.
- Work collaboratively with the Fleet Manager to ensure the scheduling of needed repairs and routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc
- Check vehicles regularly for proper inventory and cleanliness.
Education / Experience
- Associate's degree (preferred) and/or three years of successful management experience, preferably in the hospitality segment.
- 3 years in related industries
- Strong experiences in the beverage dispense Industry preferred
Travel
- Travel is required on a limited basis. Localized travel is expected and annualized travel for meetings and training should be anticipated as a regular part of this position. Travel will encompass the defined marketplace but also corporate offices periodically.

Working Hours
- Hours may vary and may occasionally require evening and weekend work depending on business needs.
Starting Salary
- $50,000 annually
