The District Manager is an experienced high-performing and results-oriented multi-unit field leader who directly leads a team of experienced Clinic Managers across an assigned geographical area. This key field leader motivates a cross functional team towards collective district goals and acts as the lynchpin of execution to grow and scale the annualized sales of new and existing client business for a portfolio of clinics. This role is specifically responsible for and accountable to the development and achievement of district sales plans and execution of marketing efforts. With exemplary communication and leadership skills, the District Manager engages, coaches, and develops a high performing multi-unit leadership team to deliver the Ideal Image Brand Experience that achieves sales, operational, and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities

District Business Performance and Execution
- Manage district performance through ownership of P&L results for assigned clinics
- Develop and execute district level business strategies to grow and scale portfolio of clinics
- Implement company business initiatives, new programs and product innovation, and change management strategies throughout district to achieve operational efficiencies, desired outcomes, and adoption
- Conduct frequent reviews of business and financial reports, budgets, and schedules to improve performance, set goals, and manage spending of controllable expenses
- Analyze financial reports/P&L, develop plans and strategize to address trends in district performance
- Hold clinics accountable for staffing, utilization and service delivery, safety, and efficacy standards that drive the desired Ideal client experience
- Maintain Ideal Image brand standards for first class service to elevate local client experiences in the assigned market
- Develop district marketing strategies and monitor/support local teams with execution plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional Ideal Sales Center partners to drive sales strategies, performance, and results
- Communicate and present sales and financial performance, including growth and action plans, to executive leadership team
- Ensure district compliance with all legal regulations, company policies, codes of conduct, and medical protocols while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Multi-Unit Clinic Sales, Operations, and Service Delivery
- Clearly communicate individual financial and sales goals to each clinic
- Strategically guide Clinic Managers on how to meet their goals through a localized approach
- Identify opportunities to maximize district and local sales goals per modality for new and existing client business
- Plan and conduct effective clinic visits and implement plans toward continuous improvement for enhanced results
- Monitor client feedback and leverage NPS/Google survey insights to improve service delivery
- Coach and develop clinic teams to identify trends in service delivery and develop plans to implement changes in customer experience
- Ensure that clinics implement requirements for new product rollouts and operational protocols
- Collaborate with the legal, medical affairs, and local and divisional medical leadership teams to maintain policies, protocols, safety, and efficacy of medical treatments
Leading & Developing Talent
- Create an inclusive environment that supports a purpose-driven, positive, cohesive, and high performing team culture throughout the district
- Coach, counsel, and develop Clinic Managers to maximize their performance and contributions
- Ensure each Clinic Manager is trained and understands their roles and responsibilities and that they have the tools and resources necessary to effectively manage their clinic
- Oversee the Clinical Educator to ensure a productive, efficient schedule within the labor budget and accountability for treating clients, training Lead Medical Professionals, and executing medical education plans and protocols throughout the district
- Contribute to building positive team morale and recognize individual and team accomplishments
- Partner with operations leaders and talent/HRBP partners to forecast clinic staffing needs, develop resourcing plans, and attract, hire, and onboard talent to give our clients and team members a first-class experience
- Communicate company and regional objectives initiatives and Company goals and achievements clearly and frequently to all team members
- Ensure the execution of quality, timely performance, feedback, and reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of multi-unit/ multi-state leadership experience within a relevant industry like specialty retail, luxury, beauty, hospitality, or health and wellness
- Prior P&L management for multi-unit operations/facilities is strongly preferred
- Prior experience setting sales goals and plans to deliver performance targets/profitable growth
- Prior experience developing marketing strategies to drive new business and client loyalty
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales, financial, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and achieving client satisfaction, leading, navigating, and effectively managing change during times of business and organizational transformation
- Growth-mindset with ability to build for the future and anticipate change
- Industry expertise, business curiosity, and passion for winning in the market
- Effective leadership skills including prioritizing and goal setting/management
- Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Analytical acumen. Ability to pull reporting, look at large data sets, and make data driven decisions
- Proficient with standard operational software (Outlook, MS Suite) and other sales related technologies such as Salesforce, POS systems
- Strong ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making and attention to detail.

- Executive presence and presentation skills
- Ability to travel between clinics required within assigned area up to 75%
The approximate pay for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary, with monthly bonus potential. The pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
