Corner Market Café District Manager

Overview
We seek a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our district. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and business development. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, managing profit and loss, and implementing process improvements across all sites. The District Manager will foster a high-performance culture while ensuring operational excellence.

Duties
- Lead and supervise the operations of multiple locations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance and profitability.
- Manage profit and loss statements for each location, identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build effective teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align goals and share best practices across the district.

Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a quick-service casual environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in restaurant management with a focus on driving results through effective team leadership.
- Background in process improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
