Position: District Manager - Boston / Albany
Overview:
Kohl's is seeking a District Manager to lead our Boston & Albany market, overseeing 15-20 stores. This role focuses on driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, managing profitability, and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and productivity while meeting payroll and expense goals.
- Train and develop your team effectively.
- Ensure consistent merchandise and visual presentation standards.
- Communicate inventory needs and business opportunities.
- Achieve operational best practices and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct market analysis for optimal product assortment.
- Manage performance reviews for Store Managers and associates.
- Promote associate engagement and address relations concerns.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of retail experience, including 3-5 years in store management and 2-5 years in multi-unit leadership. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
