Leads materials management activities which include the ordering of material, the warehouse and inventory control operations, and the distribution. Ensures material availability, timely distribution and customer satisfaction. Supervises material handling and distribution staff.
Leads employees in the Scheduling/Distribution at CLC to support customer order fulfillment for Mentor. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of activities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Interviews, hires and trains employees; planning and assigning work; appraising performance; rewarding and focusing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises process of material management warehousing of finished goods through subordinates.
- Prioritizes workloads, monitors and adjusts daily work schedules, and distributes projects to ensure schedules are met.
- Implements material management and distribution policies, and standards.
- Analyzes changes in the inventory of material and finished goods and makes recommendations as appropriate. Confers with subordinates to resolve procedural problems. Resolves customer complaints.
- Leads daily activities for the Distribution/Returns to support the fulfillment of shipments/returns for direct customers.
- Metric reporting for KPIs within the Deliver NA Dashboard
Required:
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Ability to understand the full E2E engagement for all supply chain partners to be proactive in minimizing issues/delays in product fulfillment to customers.
- Demonstrates Credo Value, Innovation, master complexity, customer/marketplace focus, organizational and people development
- Verbal and written communication skills, project management, problem-solving, business and financial competence, people leadership
- Experience leading or participation in an internal or external audit program is preferred.
- Knowledge of 21CFR 820, ISO 13485, MDD, CMDR, ANVISA, EU, TGA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality System Regulations (QSRs) preferred.
- Six Sigma and process excellence tools and methodologies, presentation skills, training and education methodologies, and talent development are critical competencies.
