Coke Florida is looking for a Distribution Care Specialist based out of our Tampa location. We are looking for schedule working Monday-Friday 6AM - until finish.
What You Will Do:
The Distribution Care Specialist is a critical role that helps enable Coke Florida's field and distribution execution. This role is a central call point for making decisions and resolving issues that emerge in day-to-day, real-time distribution operations.The Distribution Care Specialist leverages tools, systems and in-depth process knowledge to resolve operational issues ensuring all deliveries are executed : successfully and that our customers are satisfied with their deliveries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large queue of simultaneous issues with target goal of closing issues within 15 minutes.
- Respond to and resolve driver, sales and customer questions, requests and complaints promptly.
- Maintain customer master data to support accurate and efficient delivery operations.
- Manage large quantities of information across various systems to support day-to-day operations to include - delivery schedules, sales and promotional activity and sales organization contact information.
- Collaborate with customers on delivery issues/order discrepancies engaging the Sales team as needed.
- Create and approve emergency orders as necessary to support the needs of our customers and resolve issues.
- Coach drivers on invoice or credit issues to settle deliveries and routes within Movilizer tool.
- Approves skipped or missed stops for drivers.
- Collaborates with Distribution Supervisors/Managers as necessary to resolve distribution issues.
- Leverage office organization tools/systems to manage and resolve issues.
- Manage incoming calls and answer calls in the order in which they are received.
- Ensures drivers are logging into GeoTab to support DOT compliance reporting.
For this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to answer multi-phone line system
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and internet navigation.
- Proficiency with SAP is required.
Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
- Knowledge of distribution operations and driver tools/systems.
- Working CDL A knowledge is a plus
- Accurate data-entry and record keeping skills
- Bilingual speaking is a plus
- Other advanced degree a plus
