Distribution Account Manager
The Distribution Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Omron’s key distribution partners. This role is focused on the performance of distribution partners, ensuring they meet sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and monitor inventory levels that support Omron’s growing customer base. The Distribution Account Manager will conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work closely with internal departments (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of Omron corporate strategies at the corporate distribution and branch level.
* Advise and coordinate with customer service and supply chain to ensure adequate stock, orders, timely shipments to customers, and order cancelations.
* Partner program management through digital tools, distributor of the year, sales incentives, sample program, design registration.
* Capture market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs from distribution partners. This data will shape strategic plans, identify new opportunities, and recommend adjustments to sales tactics.
* Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with distributors ensuring compliance with Omron policies and gross profit requirements.
* Monitor and support distributor website and electronic catalog activities for product and promotional accuracy. This may include but not be limited to cross reference material, photographs, packaging specifications, and general data input for market publication.
* Develop distributor co-op marketing collateral for products with Omron’s marcom department.
* Assist with internal communication, procedural changes, or policy modifications as they pertain to the channel.
* Maintains and submits on a weekly or monthly basis all required reports as requested by the Distribution Sales Manager.
* Assist the Distribution Sales Manager with accurate forecasting, leveraging market trends, historical purchase history and customer insights gained through Omron’s sales CRM or conversations with Area Sales Managers.
* Collaborate with product marketing prior to the release of NPI ensuring proper documentation is provided to distribution partners in advance of a product release.
* Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain Management preferred.
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the industry.
* Advanced skill set required for Excel and Power Point
