Disposition Sales Manager - Signature Lots

Signature Lots is seeking an experienced Disposition Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving real estate sales and overseeing the efficient asset management process. Day to day, you will be managing a team of three sales reps and one listing manager, overseeing the accuracy of our land listings, and creating and managing the sales team from mindset to KPI tracking. You will also be maintaining and creating vendor relationships with brokers and realtors across the US with the objective of getting land lots listed. You will be required to build lists inside our company software to set your team up with cold buyers to call. As the Disposition Sales Manager, you will also have to manage our inventory and clear obstacles.

Position:

• Full-time
• In-Office : Monday - Friday 9a - 6p + whatever necessary to achieve KPIs
• Reports to: Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Build processes in the department to ensure efficiency including Pipeline Management.
• Identify potential buyers and develop relationships with industry professionals, including brokers, investors, and developers, to generate leads and ensure successful property sales.
• Resolve any issues or disputes related to dispositions, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the organization's reputation.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce
• Wholesale/Disposition experience, preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary + Commission
