Feldkamps Towing in Urbana, IL is looking for a Full-time Dispatcher this would be a Day shift position and every other weekend. Looking to hire someone as soon as possible.
Duties:

- Answer phones.
- Dispatch Drivers
- Complete all steps to releasing a vehicle.
- Data Entry
Qualifications:
- Ability to write quickly and clearly (transcribe info given on the telephone).
- Ability to focus and multi-task with multiple phone lines ringing and customers coming in.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Follow detailed instructions.
- Knowledge of vehicles.
- Experience preferred but will train the right person.
Hourly wage depends on experience.
