Dispatcher - Sunset Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

Sunset Heating & Cooling is seeking a Dispatcher to support our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who loves helping people and wants to be part of improving lives every day! 

Schedule: 

• Saturday – Wednesday 
  • Saturday & Sunday,7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Can work remote)
  • Monday – Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Compensation: $22-$28 per/hr

Responsibilities: 

• Dispatch our technicians to customer homes 

• Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers 

• Selling products and services to existing customers 

• Handle calls from over-flow 

• Dispatching maintenance technicians to customers 

Qualifications: 

• Customer service experience 

• Dispatching experience is a plus  

• Strong attention to detail 

• Conscientious, team player 

• Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude 

• Computer/ software knowledge a plus 

• Reliable transportation 

Physical Demands: 

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the 

• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run 

• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time 

• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing 

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently 

• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
