DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in industry-related dispatch or coordination
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software experience
• Geographical knowledge of the service area - map reading skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communications equipment with or without accommodation
• Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment
• Ability to sit for long periods

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A DISPATCHER - PLUMBING?

As our Dispatcher - Plumbing, you help manage day-to-day operations, ensuring prompt and professional handling of incoming calls. You maintain a full and smooth schedule, collaborate with the Service Manager and GM to dispatch technicians, and follow up on completed calls to ensure client satisfaction. Your goal is to maintain high call booking rates and quick call handling times, while managing technician schedules, handling return trips, and resolving client concerns with clear communication, all while upholding a professional image by adhering to safety policies and performance standards.
