Kelly Services is seeking a Dispatcher for a busy Plumbing Company located in Orlando, FL 32807.
Pay- $18/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8a-5p

Job Description: We are currently seeking a professional and reliable dispatcher to join our team. As a dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls, responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and routing technicians. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking in stressful conditions with little supervision. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
+ Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, documenting important information
+ Respond to issues and coordinate with appropriate departments or field units
+ Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system
+ Address queries related to products and deliveries
+ Direct crews and field units to appropriate sites using phone or computer
+ Prioritize and organize calls based on urgency
+ Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize daily schedule
+ Maintain and update call logs, records, and other necessary documentation
+ Schedule and dispatch drivers and work crews according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs
+ Relay information such as work orders or messages to technicians, field inspectors, supervisors, or managers
+ Prepare daily work schedules for technicians
+ Organize and keep track of work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, and charges for work performed
+ Submit backflow re-certification and reports to the municipality
+ Update the on-call calendar on Excel for answering service, office staff, and technicians
+ Ensure all necessary forms are printed and stocked for estimates
+ Ensure all calls are closed and billed on Service Titan
+ Assist with accounts payable and receivables, including processing incoming payments and bank deposits when needed
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
+ Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedures
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry
+ Ability to work well under pressure
