The Aviation Dispatcher will make time sensitive logistical decisions related to safety of flight, ground transportation, security, personnel and costs. 

Schedule: Full-time, 37.5-40 hours/week; shifts start at 6:00am

Compensation: Pay range starting at $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

• Communicate with various donor services coordinators and doctors
• Quickly estimate transportation times and costs
• Coordinate ground and flight transportation
• Obtain weather briefing, complete and file flight plans
• Maintain company databases
• Verify and maintain the flight crew on-call schedule
• Monitor en-route transportation
• Coordinate aircraft availability with maintenance and administration department
• Other tasks as required
