As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate and dispatch service calls to field service technicians, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of technicians and maintaining communication with customers regarding their service needs.

·       Receive and log service requests: Enter details into the service management system.

·       Dispatch service technicians: Assign service calls based on technician availability, location, and skill set.

·       Monitor service call progress: Track the status of open service calls and ensure timely completion.

·       Customer communication: Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests.

·       Data management: Maintain accurate records of service calls, including issues reported and actions   taken.

·       Coordinate with parts department: Ensure necessary parts are available for technicians.

·       Generate reports: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.

Required:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume calls.

Preferred:

·       Experience in the document solutions or office equipment industry.

·       Knowledge of geographical areas within California, Nevada, and Arizona.

The typical pay range for this role is $47,000.00-$55,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
