Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Provides top quality, industry leading customer service, and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, and options
- Dispatches service workers to specific work locations to provide assistance to customers or perform predetermined job roles
Skills & Experience
- Ability to effectively manage time and tasks, responsive to communication from various sources
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, positive demeanor in high stress situations
- Communicate in a service oriented and respectful manner
- Critical thinking including complex problem solving, judgment, and decision making
- Willingness to adapt, learn and apply knowledge
- Ability to be a self-starter, while working well in a strong team environment
Job Duties
- Communicates in a timely and effective manner with customers, management, and technicians
- Answers questions or provides updates to customers and other team members
- Determines and schedules according to urgency
- Receives check in calls from service workers by radio, telephone, or in person
- Informs workers of type and location of work to be performed and dispatches workers to job
- Keeps records of repairs, installation, removal of equipment or appliances, and hours required on each job
