What you will do:

• Manage a dispatch switchboard.
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information, as necessary.
• Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency.
• Work closely with department management on service, sales and installation calls.
• Monitor field technicians to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time.
• Scheduling and routing of technicians based on skill set and customer needs.
• Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines.
• Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information, as necessary.
• Drive revenue and help meet the market goals.
• Process payments over the phone.

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience.
• 1-2 years dispatching experience preferred.
• Previous Service Titan expereince a plus.
• Strong attention to details.
• Conscientious, team player.
• Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.
• Clear background check and drug screen.

Schedule:

Full-time in Office, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; occassional weekends if coverage is needed.
