Salary: $25 - $37 per hour

We service corporate, government and military facilities in the Western United States from our strategically located offices in the regions major metro areas, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, San Francisco, Fresno, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle and Anchorage. Our qualified team of project managers, engineers, designers, technicians, installers, and inspectors has installed and serviced fire protection and life safety system upgrades, expansions and new construction projects in a range of facilities.

Job Details
Schedule and/ or assist in scheduling service work to include inspections, deficiency, and T&M work orders
Create work orders for service as needed and assign to Technicians via Service Trade
Follow up on prior day service calls to ensure completion of work and all information is available for billing
Service Contract Data Entry
Enter new contracts for inspections, generate annual renewals
Generate monthly Inspection work orders, schedule/assist with scheduling, upload inspection reports
Manage open work order spreadsheet
Invoicing of service work orders and AR dispute resolution
Manage/ update third party systems with insurance information and inspection reports
Assist with AR dispute resolution & sending statements
Format and word process complex documents, reports and contracts, spreadsheets, graphics and other diverse content
Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred
3 + years’ experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred. Fire Protection, construction, and/or On-Call Service experience a plus.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Candidate will be capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
