Position Description
In this vital role within the General Services Division, you'll serve as the anchor point for all facility maintenance concerns, promptly addressing health and safety issues. You'll adeptly manage incoming service requests, coordinate our service technicians' schedules, and ensure the accuracy of our Computerized Maintenance Management System. Clear communication is essential, as you'll be the bridge connecting department managers, employees, and clients. Your administrative expertise will be tapped as you monitor essential metrics, including work hours, open work orders, and building costs. Additionally, you'll be at the helm of orchestrating both internal and external events and managing space allocations.
Skills Required
Work experience in call center environment Direct customer service Data entry and indirect work experience that will facilitate a working knowledge of the maintenance trades Multi-tasking, and conflict-resolution skills Oral, written and interpersonal communications, training, etc Understand and present information, create forms, queries, and templates Handle request via telephone calls, emails and/or walk ins Hear, see, and communicate effectively with customers/co-workers Problem solve.
Experience Required
Computers, dispatching and automated building maintenance systems, working knowledge of building maintenance organization, tools, materials, and their usage Windows based software, customer service techniques, accurate data entry techniques, skill in oral and written communication, training, etc. Various computer software and software maintenance Construction and maintenance terminology Office procedures and practices
Experience Preferred
Professional experience with Gmail and G Suite applications.
Education Required
High School Diploma
