As a Dispatch Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients, first responders, and internal teams. What Success Looks Like:
- Utilize your 2+ years of dispatch experience to coordinate responses effectively.
- Deliver white-glove customer service to high-value and platinum-level clients.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external contacts.
- Leverage your experience communicating with first responders to ensure quick and accurate responses.
- Solve problems and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy under pressure.
What You’ll Need:
- A GED or Associate’s Degree.
- Proven experience in dispatch, customer service, and communication.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a high-energy, dynamic setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
