We are an Engineer Firm specializing in Commissioning, HVAC Testing & Balancing, and Sustainable Solutions for Efficient Environments. We service a diverse group of facilities such as medical, chemical, manufacturing, schools, defense, office buildings and much more. We provide a strong digital infrastructure and leading HVAC Test and Balance services program, ASHRAE 110, Building Commissioning, 3D Modeling, Fume Hood Testing, Thermal Façade Building scans utilizing commercial grade drones and other ancillary services. We are AABC, NEBB, TABB, CxA Certified. Dispatch & Service Coordinator
We are a growing Engineer Firm specializing in Commissioning, HVAC Testing & Balancing, and Sustainable Solutions for Efficient Environments. Our Dispatcher coordinates project and service labor efforts and ensures all necessary parties are invited and prepared. They monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected events. They are accountable for communicating schedule changes to relevant parties in a timely manner and ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in company databases. They also help Project Managers to coordinate overall job activities and resources for greatest efficiency and profit.
If you have limited private industry experience, but come from the Military or Armed Forces, with Honorable discharge, Please Apply.

- Participates in company-sponsored training classes
DUTIES
- Answer calls and emails, schedules/ confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems
- Organize workflow by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments
- Manages department regional schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel when needed
- Complete requests by greeting customers in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Identify service opportunities for all departments, by executing bids or giving info to proper estimator
- Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with supervisor and departmental leaders
- Customer service follow-up, send emails/ make phone calls within days after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate positive and negative feedback to management, highlighting any urgency
- Creation of deliverable (Reports) for customers, data entry and layout
- Maximize profitability by using manpower efficiently i.e., Ensuring that Technicians are scheduled based on skill level and job proximity on a per project basis
- Monitor travel amongst techs to ensure balance of workload
- Capture lost time sheets and make sure we can bill for this (follow up with customer)
- Utilize Sage Construction for bid follow-up
- Performs one off task and addresses ad hoc responsibilities as requested in the office
