Job Description
At Chick-fil-A, the Back of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Back of House Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Dishwasher/Utility Team Member Responsibilities:
- Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by cleaning floors, service yard, walk-in freezer, refrigerators, thaw cabinets and other areas as needed.
- Exterior building maintenance (parking lot clean up, maintain a clean dumpster pad/area)
- Create a REMARKABLY clean + organized environment
- Be willing to learn other areas and grow with our team if opportunities arise.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preferred to have minimal work experience as a dishwasher
- Must be proficient in operating with different types of dishes
- Must know and follow all food safety procedures
- Must have communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping other team members
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
Schedule Requirement:
- Full Time: 40 hours per week (for night shifts)
- Part Time: 20+ Hours per week (for night shifts)
- Available shift: 2:00pm-11pm
