As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential member of our kitchen staff, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment. Your attention to detail and efficient work will contribute to the smooth functioning of our culinary operations, allowing our guests to enjoy a flawless dining experience.

• Operate and maintain the dishwasher machine, ensuring all dishes and utensils are cleaned thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including the storage of clean items.
• Support kitchen staff by assisting in basic food preparation and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Comply with proper food safety and sanitation standards, following health regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred 
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written) 
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays 
• Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; able to climb flights of stairs 
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
